Lunch Idea: Avocado Feta Salsa

Avocado Feta Salsa

1 Large Avocado
1 Roma Tomato
3 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Cup Artichoke Hearts
1/4 Cup Feta Goat Cheese
A Few Slices of Red Onion
3 Tbs. Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Small Lime
Sea Salt and Pepper - to taste
1 Tbs. Cilantro 

Mix well. 

Serve with grilled shrimp. I like mine with crackers.
